Corrupted config?

I had an issue with my OMR box and while I have it up, OMR has forgotten the existence of my VPS server (I was in the middle of saving after disabling the server in the config when the issue happened).

Problem
Now I can't add a new server ... it just reloads the settings wizard page when I click it (after entering a name in the box).

logread -f isn't showing anything abnormal

How can I fix this so I can configure a VPS server again?
