Very little doc's on SQM implementation

Hey guys,
While I am not too exposed to the uses of SQM, I feel they are valuable when doing MPTCP. However, I'm not quite sure the best way to set it up. I am running two modems; each having the same DL/UL.
However, I'm not sure how to get the most favorable results.
*Do I set up SQM on tun0?
*Do I set up SQM on wan1?
*Do I set up SQM on wan2?
-I don't really care about SQM downstream as I don't have a lot of devices to worry about.

Waveforms Buffer bloat with tun0,wan1-2 SQM enabled (not touching anything else) gives me unloaded 16ms and loaded 55ms.
Speed's stay relatively consistemt (667 DL, 42 UL).

Can anyone recommend some changes (cable internet) to get these lower?
