Do not remove users datas when uninstalling this app #26

hello,
currently the users datas (rosters, bookmarks, ...) are removed while uninstalling this app : https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/prosody_ynh/blob/master/scripts/remove#L44
I guess this is a typo (according to the comment), rather "/var/log/$app" was meant to remove the logs.
