Quantifying the degree of different shifts

I wanted to reproduce the calculations done to obtain Figure 2 as well as Tables 9, 10, and 11 of the paper on quantification of the degree of different shifts over all datasets. I was wondering if it would be possible to provide the code for these calculations for the different datasets.
