Cant add custom certificate

When I try add a custom certificate I always get the error " Key files protected with a passphrase are not supported." But I do know for sure that the key is not protected. The certificate is valid I used it with serveral services and also with the original npm without issues. Any ideas?

if you do docker logs nginx-proxy-manager do you have something like Result Validation Error: Validation timed out. This could be due to the key being passphrase-protected. in your logs?

are those certs self signed?

No, it is an official certificate.

But I could solve the problem with copying the data folder from the proxy server with the custom certificate.

do you have some errors in your browser console? or can you tra with adifferent browser

I made the certificate new and it worked. So I don't now what the problem was. Thanks for your effort!

Interessting... I still habe no Idea why IT works sonetimes and sometimes not, but if it works now, it should be good

Still happy that it worked once and I just can copy the data folder.
