Hello,
I have a problem when I creating new MGF files after the duplicate_filtering step. The MGF file found in the 0_neg_filtered folder is only 1 Kb in size and consists of a single spectrum.
I tried the example, and the same problem occurred.

Any suggestions what's going wrong?

Hi,
Sorry for the delay, I'm currently moving the project to a new repo it will have vastly improved performance and user accessibility so I will let you know once that is out.

Thank you for your reply. I can't wait to discover your new repo. Do you have any idea when it will be released, a few weeks, 2-3 months or more than 6 months.
