CTRL + C quits wifite

Guys, I'm having this issue.

Each time I press CTRL+C to stop scanning, wifite quits

 [+] scanning (mon0), updates at 5 sec intervals, CTRL+C when ready.

I'm using:

• Ubuntu 12.04.3 x86
• Python 2.7.3

Tried from the same machine and via SSH from 2 different computers but still the same.

I would appreciate your help.
