Easy Chuck Roast Instant Pot (High Pressure)

  1. Set out two 2-lb packages of chuck roast for 1 hour. Let them warm to room temperature.
  2. Pour 1 cup of water and splash some worchestershire sauce for flavor. You be the judge.
  3. Put in both chuck roasts. Optional: salt and pepper the tops if you want.
  4. High pressure cook for 2 hours. Natural release.

It takes 15 minutes to get up to temp.

2-hr high pressure, don't keep warm so it will naturally release pressure
