System Tray Icon Unresponsive During Toaster Display

After a toaster notification pops up, the system tray icon becomes unresponsive to right-clicks until after the toaster notification has cleared. This is most likely because they are executing within the same thread, so I'll probably have to initiate a separate thread for the toaster notification display.
