llama-cpp quantised models load tokenizers for offline

Hi,
I am trying to use the trasfromers library for loading the tokenizer from a quantised model. It expects the huggingFace models ID and not loading from the local quatised model. Are there any way to load the tokenizer also with llama-cpp python
