Currently, only I runtime is available which is embedded wazero runtime. It would be a good idea to enable proplet run wasm workloads on host machine if the specify they have an external runtime like wasmtime.

Enable external wasm runtime on the host as a way to run wasm modules rather than only support inbuilt wasm runtime
