Hello,
for some reason your GameStream Patcher is not working on Azure Instances running Windows 10, version 20H2 + newest NVIDIA drivers. For some reason, Server 2019 with newest driver works and Windows 10, version 20H2 works too when you get old driver.
I think you should look into this

Try spoofing your gpu device id to a supported one. This script only patches geforce experience dll, it does not touch the driver. My guess is that there is a cross check between geforce experience and the driver installed/device id's
Unfortunately I can't find the root cause of this issue as I currently don't have any cloud service subscriptions to test it on. I hope someone out there can do some investigation as to what is causing this.

I can set you up on a user account with some privs on aws.
@xSCIven I will take you up on that offer if it's still on the table. I can't promise anything will come out of it, I will just be reverse engineering some of the NVIDIA stuff.
i have the same issue when i want to use game stream the option isnt there i need to use the old graphics driver but the problem with that is that i stuck in 1024x768 resolution pls fix this
