When the input file is a NifTII file, Civet should print a message and refuse to proceed.

Right now we have code on the Bourreau side to check the type of the input file (if the MINC toolkit is available there) but it's a bit too late in the process.

New version of CIVET since CIVET 2.* support NifTI input.
