Usually we leave it at 1 AM. Let date/time be null and display as Time TBD.

Make sure the iCal feed doesn't break with this change.

I think if it doesn't have a time set then we should represent it in the feed as an all day event

I also think that this shouldn't be "ghost" functionality - maybe include
an all-day option and set it as the default?
