Investigate building dfs_one using default_content_deploy #211

@kevinfunk and I discussed this and he did recently try a patch that allowed for layout builder content to be exported as a part of a default content file.

We should consider cutting a branch to rebuild dfs_one as a DCD demo.

We can leave the other existing CDF demos as-is (dfs_gol, user demo, etc)

This will allow for us to still use CDF's but also provide a path to include LB stuff for things like LIFT and CH2 interspersed into Cohesion demos
