Glad you ask!

1. We need someone who will configure GH actions. There is a WIP PR or you can start from scratch.
2. People have to start testing each other's PRs.
3. Then we can start merging.

@escopecz I've just put a comment on the first V5 PR, I'm happy to start testing that but need an intemerdiary branch to be able to merge all v5 PRs into and then test :)
