CUDA GDB is practically useless for traccc

Extending the discussion in #708; cuda-gdb fails to produce meaningful output in traccc. Many symbols remain undemangled and stack traces are poor. Here is an example compilation command:

The -g and -G flags are added correctly. Attila suggested maybe adding -O0.
