Keyboard not showing in device manager

I have used the code from https://learn.adafruit.com/trinket-usb-keyboard/overview on my new Trinket 5V.

After programming it is coming up as an unknown device (With Code 43 as the error) in Device Manager on Win 7.
Is this a library issue or is it something else?

Actually, just tried the software I intend to use (Rather than the test) and it seems to work now.

Hi,

I observed one annoying thing. The device I built gets codes from my IR remote controller and translates it to keypresses (multimedia keys) sending it to a PC over USB using your library. It works fine until I restart the PC. I need to unplug and then plug it again when PC is booted into operating system, otherwise it is not recognized as USB keyboard device. Is there a fix for such behaviour?
