Regarding issue 2273 | Select/ deselect all rows ignores groups which are collapsed

Can this one be looked into? I have been working on a workaround on this for like forever and anything I do to handle it , somewhere creates a line of bugs in my application. This is a legit issue and is really hindering the overall framework experience for the users we have.
