There is a dpl parameter, which by default is set to 15, but in reality it is not passed to ADDA. If you change the refractive index to 1.1, for example, then this dpl will remain 15, although ADDA will have the default 11. Perhaps, it is not necessary to display the number in dpl in the GUI, but "default" and in parentheses on the side the real value from the refractive index.

now -dpl option is explicit, but it isn't bound to -m
