Add interface for using -beam read ... command line option of ADDA.

Yali Ren was eager to use ADDA GUI with Laguerre Gaussian beams, that are not yet implemented in ADDA - see the discussion at https://groups.google.com/g/adda-discuss/c/LwDmSlHXjjk
