Changing Ruby version is not DRY (don't repeat yourself) #1

Currently, changing the Ruby version requires updating the version number in three different locations:

/.ruby-version
/Gemfile
/.travis.yml

This is not DRY (don't repeat yourself).

Instead, changing the Ruby version should only need to be done once!
