error when building Docker image

Hi, thanks for adding the Docker image! I'm trying to build the image using the code on the README.md file docker build . -t neuroscout-cli but I'm running into the error below. I've tried adding freetype-py==1.1 and pykg-config to the requirements.txt file before running this command, but it still breaks in the same place. Thanks for any help!
