Looks like I handled the most common exception (DuplicateStatus) by implementing the pictures, as update_with_media won't get flagged (picture link is randomized, so Twitter's text matching won't whine). Not to mention that I don't get it anymore for non-media tweets, for unknown reasons.

Still looking for exceptions to handle.
