Filing an issue about the xAPI Profiles specification? Please include the following

• Which part/parts of the specification are at issue?

• What is your understanding of what the spec means in these parts?

• Related to your implementation, what's the use case you're trying to achieve? What are the user stories you're trying to support?

• How you would like the specification to be improved?

The README.md indicates that the spec is version 1.0 and directs to another location which redirects back to this site. Where is the official spec housed? Is there a non-GitHub domain where the official release is housed? Is the other location being used in 2019?

Are you referring to the part where it states, "The current version of the specification is 1.0?"

That 1.0 link is an old one and was probably just missed before the transition from DISC. It probably just needs to be removed as this repo (maintained by adl) is the official location of the spec.
