Hello, we recently integrated asset share commons in our AEM Project. Download is not working.

@helloerick123 hmm...

Are there any errors in error.log ? How about any issues in the browsers JS Console / bad requests in the browser's Network tab?

The Modals are authored via their pages on AEM Author, so assuming theyre published they should display. If they arent published you shouldnt be able to get the modal at all.

Does the Cart modal work?

Nothing is jumping out as to why these Modals are empty.

Also, what version of AEM and ASC? Might help narrow things down.

@helloerick123 were you able to figure this out, or provide any more info as to what the error might be?

Hey, i'm having the issue with download modal not working properly. All it does when i click download in the download modal is redirect to a .json page here: /content/dam.downloadbinaries.json and this just shows the full json with a success. but no download ever happens. Also with testing different images, each different download JSON path that shows has the same query params of downloadID and artifactID. even when doing download from cart.

AEM as a Cloud Service.
Asset Share Commons V2.3.4

Nothing showing in error logs.
