Fix cucumber test cases

Currently most of the cucumber test cases are failing. We need to fix that. A good question upfront is: How do we stimulate the taws based on the gherkin scenarios?

• Do the gherkin scenarios generate values?
• Do the gherkin scenarios constraint values?
• Do the gherkin scenarios only check incoming data without every actively modifying (observing if input data matches specific conditions, checks output only when input data should trigger an alert)?
