PHP version requirment is 7.1 or 7.3? #1489

As the web page
https://getcockpit.com/documentation/getting-started/requirements
said it was require PHP 7.1

But this github home page said it was require PHP 7.3
So..what is PHP version require?

Btw. I am running it on PHP 8 and haven't encountered any issues yet. There was just an issue with 2FA that was easy to fix: agentejo/2FA#3
