Describe the bug
Freelancer sent the message to the employer. After the sent message, the employer received the mail twice

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Overall Getlancer.
Log in as freelancer (shri/ agriya).
Freelancer sent the message to the employer.
After the sent message, the employer received the mail twice. One mail, project link is incorrect. another mail, project link is not there.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
