리팩토링 내용

flyway 이후에 작성했던 sql 파일이 먼저 develop에 머지될 경우 충돌 발생

자동으로 빌드 전에 충돌 오류나는 파일이 있다면 삭제하고 버전 높여서 생성하도록 스크립트 작성

Caused by: org.flywaydb.core.api.exception.FlywayValidateException: Validate failed: Migrations have failed validation
Detected resolved migration not applied to database: 202308221709.
