Problem with pretty printing

I noticed that page 400 of the liber wasn't pretty printing properly. A quick search brings up http://lxml.de/FAQ.html#why-doesn-t-the-pretty-print-option-reformat-my-xml-output - I'm not sure if this is the actual cause or not. Might be worth looking into.

I've been seeing intermittent problems with lxml pretty printing; I've looked into it a couple times, but can't seem to figure it out.
