STuck on loading screen

Page is stuck on loading screen.
.Fails to load on chrome, Firefox and Edge. Fails to load on Mac/ Safari.

Firefox states that is is wating on: "sending request from fresnel.vimeocdn.com "

Tested my old version of the template, and then tried this new version. Both fail in exactly the same way.
Please advise. As your online version loads just fine.

EDIT: Commenting out the preloader fixed the issue, but it was slow.
Commenting out the script: <script src="http://a.vimeocdn.com/js/froogaloop2.min.js"></script> completely solved the
issue.

Removing the line <script src="http://a.vimeocdn.com/js/froogaloop2.min.js"></script> didn't changed anything, i had to remove the preloader but all animation and skills bar don't work.
