I have forked the sioyek flathub repository and am building beta builds of sioyek over here:
https://github.com/Aman9das/com.github.ahrm.sioyek/actions
Download the sioyek-x86_64 artifact :)
The build is based on the latest commit to master..
the development branch build fails..there development branch is also available :)click the latest action run and the artifact contains a sioyek.flatpak app. install it in the app store. or
