I'm currently working on post
juicer with .hic file, and I've encountered an
issue with chromosome numbering. Instead
of the conventional numerical representation
(1 to 22), I'm dealing with a different format.
Do you have any insights on how I can
address this? Is it possible to change the chr name in .hic file ? I haven't been able to use juicer tools because of this issue.
Thanks,
Luz
