Validate existing code base

Code in the code-for-aurum folder runs fine, but needs some validation (particularly the txt -> csv and csv -> sql table steps). Check steps particularly if manual/hard coded.

Consider:

• Syntax validation and linting
• Unit tests
• Error catching
