Is there some plan to support registers?

At the very least it would be nice to support the behaviour where the last yanked text can be retrieved with "0p. Currently since yanking and deleting fill the same single 'register', there is no way to retrieve yanked text if you delete something afterwards.

Of course 0-9 registers and named registers would be great as well.

We may need to support multi-register first.
