Sending max value not possible

When withdrawing the maximum amount, with the "ignore existential deposit" option enabled, the transaction fails, displaying the message "SUBSTRATE(BALANCE): Not enough balance".

Is the amount plus fee of the transaction equal or lower to your balance?

I just pressed the "MAX" button, so I assumed it took the fee from the overall balance.
It doesn't work that way?

I'm experiencing the same issue as well. How's it supposed to work? Like @jpedroguimaraes, I assumed the fee was deducted from the overall balance. Would be nice if someone would offer some guidance?
