目前 PagerFragment 的 setListFrozen

private fun setListFrozen(

是在 onXXX 中直接被调用的，会在 UI 线程执行所有操作，列表比较多应用的话就会卡很长时间

试了一下把 updateCurrentList 和 toast 以外的部分放 IO 线程，有很大改善，但

updateCurrentList 似乎也需要一点时间，还是会卡一下
大概需要进度条之类的界面提示，不然用户会以为自己没点到
