Currently - for most OSS projects the option --man-pages allows to move man pages to an area outside of the prefix.
For OSS projects that do not have that option - an option to mkinstallp.ksh could be to move ${prefix}/share to /usr/share and then package - getting man pages packed in the man.en_US fileset.
Additionally - could look at additional share subdirectories and create individual filessets for each (e.g., doc, html, info).
Without this, all 'share' files end up being part of the .rte fileset.
