Setup GitHub Actions to perform a reproducible CI build of this software. All the more important since the original development environment has been removed from my workstation after moving to a different Linux distro.

This would require some stubbing to supply fake wifi credentials during the build.

Looks like all forks of esp-open-sdk can no longer download the required isl-0.21 component, whatever it is. Alright, looks like this firmware can no longer be built, then. Yay.
