Auto update lock status

If a tab has been open for a long time, it can give wrong information to the user and the user may trigger a lock action which may cause some errors. If the UI was always up to date with the lock status, it would be a much nicer experience to the user.

Acceptance Criteria

Given A lock is unclaimed
And The user has visits el-patron (and can see that the lock is unclaimed)
When When a pipeline or any user claims a lock (without using el-patron)
Then The user sees that the lock has been claimed by pipeine/other user (without refreshing)
