Scheduling automated weekly nightly-build

Rationale

The current GitHub action for generating cell outputs of notebooks is manually triggered when pushing changes in the main branch. It would be ideal to have weekly or monthly testing to monitor notebooks are still working according to dependencies updates.

Tasks

  1. Explore the render.yaml file in .github/workflows from one of the notebook repositories hosted in eds-book-gallery organisation. We suggest to start with Met Office UKV high-resolution atmosphere model data.
  2. Create a PR that improve render.yaml to include the desired nightly-build feature on weekly basis.
