Document the combination of budget box and sociocracy for determining SH profit shares. In a round, everyone proposes SH $ allocation with justification. At this time anyone can change their budgeting if so desired. Then everyone submits their preference, average (or whatever) is reached. Consent round?? Or maybe this is the final say.
