[BUG]settings(user) drawer closing instead of opening ,when we click on settings button, after opening user(settings) drawer.

Additional Information:

When user drawer is open and without closing it ,if we click on settings drawer, it closes instead of opening settings drawer. This also happens when settings is drawer is opened first and when we click on user drawer icon

Steps to reproduce issue:
1)click on settings icon once.
2)Without closing settings drawer, now click on use icon. User drawer closes instead of opening.

1)click on user icon once.
2)Without closing user drawer, now click on settings icon.Settings drawer closes instead of opening.
