Describe the feature
It would be better to enforce all devs to use the same Rust version and toolchain for compiling.
rust-toolchain.toml can override them to use.
https://rust-lang.github.io/rustup/overrides.html#the-toolchain-file

Additional context
Failed to build with Rustc version 1.81.0.
