Implement higher-order (4, 5...) RAMMs in ramm-sui

This is mostly about replicating the already existing 2/3 asset interface for other asset counts.

Instead of manually replicating the code, a possibility would be to use sui-types/sui-move-build to automatically generate Sui Move code from a template - such a template can be created from the currently existing 2/3 asset interfaces.
