What is the easiest way to test functionnailites that require holding token ?

As a tester, I would like to test some functionalities of the UI without having to connect with a wallet holding enough token every time.

We have the intention to deploy a testnet for such usecases, but is there a solution in the meantime ?
(doesn't have to send messages, amount of token could be mocked in the UI or something like that).
