I would be very nice if you could push the most important score metrics, the current score and performance to prometheus.
We are then able to analyze the data in Grafana.

Hi, at the moment the metrics/scoring is not integrated on CCNs themselves, it's a dapp running on the aleph.im network and using messages as a database. You can take a look at messages posted by this address: https://explorer.aleph.im/address/ETH/0x4D52380D3191274a04846c89c069E6C3F2Ed94e4.
