aws documentation links in documentation no longer work

• Amazon doesn't seem to care so much about having stable urls
• It doesn't look like they even have API version-specific documentation pages anymore

I propose we either update these to the current URLs, or remove them. Not a big deal though, just thought I'd post this here so we remember to do it.

I like having the links in the haddocks for reference -- well, if they actually work. I think updating them is the better option, probably along with short note that the code may use an older version of the API.

Good call. As soon as I get around to it, I'll submit a PR with updated links and the note that you suggested.
