- Home (home page in the PlatformIO Registry)
- Documentation (advanced usage, packages, boards, frameworks, etc.)
- Install PlatformIO
- Enable Win32 NTFS Long Paths if on Windows. Otherwise, the installation of the package files for Arduino-Pico will fail. See https://arduino-pico.readthedocs.io/en/latest/platformio.html#important-steps-for-windows-users-before-installing.
- Create PlatformIO project and configure a platform option in platformio.ini file:
[env:stable]
platform = raspberrypi
board = ...
...
[env:development]
platform = https://github.com/platformio/platform-raspberrypi.git
board = ...
